14-Day Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window
• You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
2. Eligibility
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging (if applicable).
• We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. How to Initiate a Return
• Contact us at info@rkfineleather.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photos if the product arrived damaged or defective.
4. Return Shipping
• Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged/defective item), you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (depending on your payment provider).
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us immediately at info@rkfineleather.com with photos of the damage.
• We will work with you to replace the item or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.
7. Exchanges
• We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning it for a refund and then placing a new order for the desired item.
