14-Day Return & Refund Policy


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

2. Eligibility

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging (if applicable).

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at info@rkfineleather.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photos if the product arrived damaged or defective.

4. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged/defective item), you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (depending on your payment provider).

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us immediately at info@rkfineleather.com with photos of the damage.

We will work with you to replace the item or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning it for a refund and then placing a new order for the desired item.
